BEFORE YOU BOOK:
- Each Igloo session is 60 minutes.
- To reserve your space, purchase the package with your preferred time and date. You must purchase a package to be seated.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time.
- Our igloos are heated, but if the temperature is below freezing you may want to wear an extra layer.
- Please note, ice skating is not included with the purchase of an igloo. Return to the home page and reserve skate time separately.
- Igloos cannot accommodate parties larger than 5 people.
- You must present the purchasing credit card, ID of purchaser that matches name on credit card.
- No outside food or beverages is permitted.
- We ask all guests respect their designated timeframe so the igloos can be cleaned and prepared for the next group of reservations.
- Newark City Parks and Newark Winter Village reserves the right to cancel reservations at any time due to severe weather conditions.

Safety Measures:
All igloos will be properly cleaned by our dedicated team between each booking.
Refund Policy:
There are no refunds for Igloos. Due to the seasonal nature of this amenity, please understand that we are unable to refund reservations.
You may reschedule your igloo reservation until 24 hours before your reservation start time. If you’d like to reschedule, please click “Manage this booking” in your confirmation email and follow the instructions.
Weather Policy:
Newark City Parks and Newark Winter Village reserves the right to cancel reservations at any time due to severe weather conditions.
